Alice Tong

Alice is currently the head of marketing, content solutions, APAC, at The Economist Group. She manages the amplification of programmes created by the content solutions team with hands-on experience in content marketing, advertising, social media, events and PR.

She is a collaborative marketer who is willing to push boundaries and explore new ways to reach and engage audiences. She is responsible for overseeing and developing marketing strategies and tactical plans for sponsored and branded content, and managed the launch of large-scale integrated campaigns such as the Safe Cities Index, sponsored by NEC. Her most recent work is the launch of Back to Blue, a new initiative by The Economist Group and The Nippon Foundation to promote ocean health. She has worked with many MNC clients including Microsoft, IBM, Pfizer, HSBC, Prudential.

Born in Hong Kong, Alice is now based in Singapore. When she’s not working she spends much of her time on the water paddling around the island.
