As Wolters Kluwer’s Marketing Director for APAC, Karyn Flores-Jones does more than make the Sales team look good. With 15 years of experience leading field marketing, digital marketing, and sales development across APAC for global multinationals, including Thomson Reuters and ACL (now called Galvanize), she is all about creating strategies around buying behaviors through compelling marketing campaigns. In her current role, Karyn also leads the Inside Sales department, responsible for handing qualified leads from various marketing activities – both online and offline – to sales, which ultimately shortens the buying cycle.
In an environment where customers are suffering from covid-induced digital fatigue, Karyn believes organisations must combine B2C and B2B strategies with a “Business-to-Human” approach to enable them to differentiate and build real connections.
